Friday, 31st
On Friday, we will host a cocktail event at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca, which will host the Fitz Bar – Amsterdam’s iconic temple of mixology – for one night only. Bartenders Nick Vrielink and Marius Catrinescu will host an exclusive cocktail session at the Cercle Bar on July 31, with a menu specially created for the occasion in collaboration with The Lost Explorer Mezcal & Tequila. The event, open to both hotel guests and external visitors, will take place from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM with views of the Mediterranean.
For this collaboration, Vrielink and Catrinescu will present a selection of cocktails inspired by both the adventurous spirit of The Lost Explorer Mezcal & Tequila and the Mediterranean essence of the destination. As part of the initiative, both bartenders will also lead a private session for the Four Seasons bar team, sharing trends, techniques, and insights on contemporary mixology.
This weekend, we’ll make the most of the Atlántida Film Fest, attending all the free concerts, screenings, and talks offered by this renowned film festival, in collaboration with the Filmin platform. As for music, we’ll kick off the series with a concert by Tristán! at La Misericòrdia. At 9:00 PM, one of the leading figures of the new DIY pop wave will take the stage: a member of the Rusia IDK collective, which also includes artists like Rusowsky, Ralphie Choo, and Mori. Their sound—experimental, nostalgic, and deeply emotional—will move the audience with tracks from their new album, such as ‘Mapamundi’ and ‘Verónica’, along with established hits like ‘R0C3’.
Afterwards, we’ll change things up a bit to enjoy a movie screening in an idyllic setting, Ses Voltes, under the imposing Cathedral of Palma. At 10:00 PM, the film ‘Erupcja’ will be screened, a Polish romantic comedy by Pete Ohs (2025, 71 minutes), in which Charli XCX makes her debut as a lead actress. The film tells the story of two friends reuniting in Warsaw after a volcanic eruption, amidst long parties, fleeting romances, and the nostalgia for that ‘brat’ summer that many will fondly remember.
Saturday 1
On Saturday, we’ll try a new restaurant by the sea. Saltao, the latest culinary addition from Club de Mar-Mallorca, specializes in Peruvian cuisine with Mediterranean influences, created by Víctor Gutiérrez, executive chef of Tayta (Spain’s only Peruvian restaurant with a Michelin star and two Repsol Suns), together with his daughter Paula Gutiérrez, recently named Best Chef of the Year 2026.
The fresh, contemporary menu, designed for sharing, features great classics of Peruvian cuisine reinterpreted with a Mediterranean touch, such as the classic ceviche with the fish of the day, fried sweet bean and sweet potato, and halibut tiradito with avocado and jalapeño ‘leche de tigre’. clams with passion fruit ‘leche de tigre’, the chef’s special with a selection of fresh seafood, the traditional lomo salteado, and anticucho skewers, either the classic beef or the chicken version.
In the evening, we’ll witness an iconic moment with La Zowi’s show at Ses Voltes. The queen of the south and of trap will perform her subversive and explicit songs for an hour, taking us on a journey through the songs that have propelled her to the top of the urban music scene. From ‘Sugar Mami’ and ‘Bitch Mode’ to her latest single, ‘QUE FUE’.
Sunday 2
On Sunday we’ll go to Santanyí, where La Nouvelle Famille has become the meeting point for Mallorca’s creative community. The project by Marta Expósito and Manuel Paz began almost by chance after their wedding on the island and eventually became a space with its own distinctive identity, where design, music, gastronomy, and aesthetics coexisted within a single narrative.
In the morning, specialty coffees, late breakfasts, and artisanal pastries set the tranquil pace of Santanyí; As evening falls, the space transforms to serve appetizers, tapas, and shareable dishes, such as deviled eggs, miso butter tagliatelle, oysters, or mussels with sobrasada, all accompanied by a carefully curated selection of natural and international wines that are hard to find on the island.
We’ll be closing out the Atlántida Fest at Ses Voltes at 10:00 PM with a cult classic: *Trainspotting*, by Danny Boyle. The story of Mark, a young man from Edinburgh whose circle of friends—including himself—struggles with heroin addiction, remains one of the most iconic films of the nineties and one of the most energetic in the filmography of the tireless director of *Slumdog Millionaire* and *28 Days Later*. A must-see film for anyone who has ever sung or shouted Underworld’s “Born Slippy.”
