The Dani García Group is expanding its presence in the culinary hub at The Site Ibiza, part of the Palladium Hotel Group , with “Lobito de Mar,” a project that will also feature other renowned chefs such as Dabiz Muñoz and Gordon Ramsay. Specifically, Chef Dani García is bringing his most seafood-focused concept to this hub, which will be located next to The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel and will operate as both a restaurant and a beach club. Thus, Lobito de Mar joins Leña, becoming the second culinary offering from the Dani García Group to open its doors this summer at The Site Ibiza, according to the company.

This season, Palladium Hotel Group will launch The Site Ibiza, a destination that combines hospitality, fashion boutiques, exclusive pop-ups, art, and culinary creativity.
The culinary hub will feature some of the most influential brands and chefs on the international scene. Thus, Dabiz Muñoz arrives in Ibiza with StreetXO, while the exploratory universe of COYA also makes its debut, joining the culinary offerings of chef Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen —located at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel and the chain’s first location in all of Europe—as well as the already established Sublimotion and Tatel Ibiza.
Among the main highlights is the arrival of the Madrid-based chef to the island in June with StreetXO, continuing the expansion of his more casual and innovative “street food” concept. With the Ibiza location, this marks its third venue, following Dubai (2023) and Madrid, where the concept was born in 2012.
As for the hotel properties, these include The Site Ibiza Hotel, which will reopen following a complete renovation designed by the renowned Lázaro Rosa-Violán ; and The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel , set to open in 2025, while Ibiza Gallery is a space featuring a selection of fashion boutiques and pop-ups from international brands.
