BLESS Collection Hotels has opened BLESS Ibiza The Site, its second hotel on the island of Ibiza, as part of The Site Ibiza development, a complex that combines accommodations, dining, retail, and cultural activities.

The hotel, located right on the beach, has 461 rooms and has undergone a complete renovation. The interior design project, by Lázaro Rosa Violán, draws inspiration from the Mediterranean setting and Balearic identity, with a contemporary and functional approach.

According to Juan Serra, Managing Director of the Lifestyle & Luxury Business Unit at Palladium Hotel Group, the opening reflects an industry trend toward models that integrate various services into a single space, combining accommodation, dining, and lifestyle.

Cuisine, the main attraction

The culinary offerings are one of the main pillars of The Site Ibiza project. The complex brings together a variety of dining options, including Hell’s Kitchen Ibiza—chef Gordon Ramsay’s first restaurant in Spain—and StreetXO Ibiza, by chef Dabiz Muñoz, as well as on-site restaurants such as COYA Ibiza, Leña Ibiza, Sublimotion Ibiza, and TATEL Ibiza.

Among the new additions, COYA Restaurant & Pisco Bar stands out, offering contemporary Peruvian cuisine and cocktails. It is also featured in select room categories under the COYA Suites concept.

The dining concept is designed as a journey through the complex, offering access to different venues throughout the day and reinforcing the site’s position as one of the island’s leading dining destinations.

Wellness and day-use areas

The property features a wellness area with a spa, Natura Bissé treatments, and a fitness center equipped with Technogym technology, including the OWN Studio system.

Among the common areas, The Palm Club stands out; designed as a daytime activity area facing the sea, it features a pool, relaxation areas, and a variety of dining and musical options throughout the day.

With this opening, BLESS Collection Hotels is strengthening its presence in Ibiza through a model that integrates different uses within a single setting, in line with the industry’s shift toward more diversified offerings.
