JUL’S Ibiza will close for another season on October 11 at its venue on the Sa Caleta road, after having once again established itself as one of the main summer venues in the Balearic Islands. However, the closure of the Ibiza venue does not mark the end of the brand’s activities: during the winter months, its world will continue at JUL’S London, in the heart of St James’s. Since its launch in Ibiza in 2018, the project has developed a concept that goes beyond gastronomy to integrate cuisine, mixology, design, music, and hospitality into a single experience.
The strategy is based on a simple idea: not to replicate Ibiza in London, but to bring to the British capital those elements that define JUL’S identity. Mediterranean cuisine, the importance of conversation after dinner, music, design, and a particular approach to hospitality thus become the assets of a brand with an international vision.
Since 2018, JUL’S has built its concept around the Mediterranean, without being limited to it. The cuisine combines respect for the origin and seasonality of ingredients with a creative approach, while the restaurant conceives the gastronomic experience as a whole in which every element has a role.
The kitchen is at the heart of the experience, but it shares the spotlight with wine, signature cocktails, architecture, lighting, greenery, and music. The goal is for the experience not to necessarily end with the last course and for dinner to flow naturally into a longer evening.
This holistic approach to hospitality has redefined the 2026 season. Over the past few months, JUL’S has incorporated culinary experiences and collaborations with other kitchens and creators, reinforcing a strategy that views the restaurant as an evolving space rather than a static concept. The result is an identity rooted in Ibiza, but not exclusively dependent on it.
London as a second setting
This philosophy has found a new home at 11 Waterloo Place in St James’s, one of London’s most iconic locations. JUL’S London is housed in a historic building that has been reimagined from a contemporary perspective and offers an experience tailored to the pace of the British capital.
The space is designed for lunches, dinners, and relaxed evenings that unfold without a clear line between gastronomy and leisure. The concept maintains its connection to the Mediterranean while incorporating the character of its new surroundings. Thus, the project fosters a dialogue between two cities with very different identities. London brings its cosmopolitan, cultural, and dynamic character; Ibiza, a more instinctive relationship with food, time, and social life.
Both are united by a shared vision of hospitality: sophisticated without being rigid, elegant yet approachable, and centered on the guest experience. The cuisine maintains this connection through Mediterranean flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a contemporary interpretation, while the beverage menu continues to play a central role within the concept.

From tourist destination to brand
JUL’s evolution also reflects a broader trend in international gastronomy: the transformation of certain restaurants into brands capable of conveying a lifestyle across cities.
In JUL’S case, the challenge lies precisely in exporting an experience whose roots are deeply embedded in Ibiza. The light, the landscape, the climate, and the summer nights are part of an environment that cannot be replicated in London.
What can be conveyed, however, is the concept behind these elements: the importance of sharing a table, music as part of the experience, cuisine as a vehicle for emotion, and the creation of spaces capable of bringing people together to share a moment.
On October 11, JUL’S Ibiza will temporarily close its doors in Sa Caleta, and the island will enter its winter season. More than 1,400 kilometers away, however, the brand will remain active in St James’s. For JUL’S, the calendar is no longer just a succession of seasons. Ibiza represents its origins, while London serves as a new platform from which to extend a Mediterranean identity that seeks to transcend the destination where it was born.
