This figure represents an increase of nearly 50% compared to the previous year and marks a milestone in the expansion of its community outreach.
Over the past year, the foundation launched more than 250 initiatives with an impact in six countries, reaching more than 9,800 beneficiaries and involving 1,200 volunteers from the hotel company.
The foundation’s work was carried out primarily in Spain, Italy, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Brazil, addressing both social and educational needs as well as responding to climate emergencies, notably the deployment of emergency aid following Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica.
The Pitiusas Islands remained the foundation’s strategic hub through the implementation of 72 initiatives in Ibiza and Formentera.
This presence on the islands took the form of 40 projects focused on social and children’s issues, 23 aimed at promoting grassroots sports, and 9 geared toward cultural promotion.
Among the most notable local initiatives were support for the reconstruction of Cáritas Ibiza’s Casa de Betania following its collapse and the foundation’s longstanding support for the Ibiza Yacht Club’s social inclusion program, “Un Mar de Posibilidades.”
In the area of vocational training, the foundation trained more than 1,500 vulnerable individuals through its vocational training centers.
In 2025, the island of Ibiza joined this training network with two hospitality programs developed in partnership with Cáritas, where the hotel group’s own staff served as instructors.
At the same time, the environmental division recorded a 198.9% increase in its investment, promoting food donations through the OREKA project and maintaining biological conservation programs in destinations such as the Riviera Maya, Costa Mujeres, and Jamaica.
By budget line item, 690,167 euros were allocated to social and educational programs, 340,265 euros to job training, and 282,264 euros to social impact initiatives.
Meanwhile, promotional activities in Ibiza and Formentera accounted for 177,543 euros, while environmental projects had a budget of 73,937 euros.
The organization’s director and vice president of Social Responsibility at Palladium Hotel Group, Gloria Juste, framed the report’s presentation as an exercise in transparency to illustrate how the group’s long-standing commitment translates into projects with a transformative impact.
“We have a genuine interest in making a real and positive impact on our communities, the planet, and, of course, our teams,” she explained.
