Nuria Moreno and chef Óscar Molina presented the fifth edition of Estrellas contra el Cáncer at the Nassau Ibiza Beach Club, the charity event that brings together top-level Spanish gastronomy, the business world, and Ibizan society on the island each year in support of a common cause. Nearly twenty Michelin-starred chefs sponsored the event.
All these top-level chefs will lend their talent to a charity evening: Óscar Molina, María del Dulce Jiménez Latorre, Alvar Hinojal Crespo, Luis Alejandro Veira Añón, Carlos Maldonado Pinel, Samuel Naveira Soria, Víctor Martín García, Sergio Manzano Méndez, Juan José Losada Chacón, Lydia del Olmo Álvarez, Víctor Suárez González, Álvaro Garrido Ramírez, Raúl Resino Olivares, Marc Segarra Sauné, Luis Valls, Pablo González Conejero, Israel Ramos Garrido, Rafael Soler Atanet, Aarón Ortiz García and Cristian Palacio Reula: “This fifth edition is one of the most special in the history of Estrellas contra el Cáncer,” said Óscar Molina.
For her part, the driving force behind this project, Nuria Moreno, expressed her gratitude for the support of those who have made this initiative possible: “Without the sponsors, the chefs, and everyone who has been involved and believes in this project, tonight would not be possible. It represents five years of hard work, enthusiasm, and, above all, solidarity.” As a new feature, the celebrations will continue after dinner, starting at midnight, with a performance by the band ‘Los del Varadero,’ which will give a live concert to raise funds for this charitable initiative.
