Friday the 14th
We’ll kick off the weekend at the sea at Pomelo Playa. This beachside restaurant, located on the coast of Cala Gració, champions a return to the essentials with a menu designed for sharing and a collective journey through the Mediterranean. Watermelon and fennel salad, seafood croquettes, Ebusitan red shrimp, crispy octopus in bouillabaisse, and charcoal-grilled meats. Every dish deserves a standing ovation.
In the evening, we’ll change the scenery and head to the island’s trendiest club, located inside the Los Felices hotel. Nocturna Ibiza has organized a memorable party: another OpenLab event, this time together with Karnak On Acid, featuring Salar Ansari, Der, Lex Wolf, and Tintin on the lineup, capturing the essence of Ibizan electronic music: intimate and sophisticated, open to sounds ranging from house to underground and experimental.
Saturday, 15th
On Saturday we’ll go swimming at Cala Gracioneta, one of the wildest and most beautiful spots in Ibiza, with crystal-clear water, fine sand, and a pine forest in the background. It’s also a place where you can sit and eat at a restaurant that blends perfectly into the landscape, where fresh fish and the warmth of the embers set the mood. Here, local ingredients are treated with care and a contemporary touch when preparing rice dishes, paellas, and grilled fish.
When the sun begins to set, we’ll head inland to Can Domo, a restaurant we’ve already recommended in this year’s Ibiza special, run by chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo, also known as ‘Cañitas Maite’. Both chefs bring their unique vision for Ibizan produce to this spot, with a menu based on the island’s fish markets, seasonal products, and a prime source of ingredients: Can Domo’s own garden. Take note: the rice dishes are the house specialties you can’t miss.
Sunday the 16th
Es Bar d’Es Cubells will be our culinary refuge this Sunday. Located in front of the Es Cubells church, the Ribas family – who also own the Ses Boques beach bar – has restored one of those traditional village taverns to usher in a new era for “this village bar,” where they are committed to local products and traditional cuisine, serving dishes deeply rooted in the collective memory of Ibiza, such as frit de porc or fish stew with rice on the side.
We’ll end the weekend to the beat of electronic music. 528 Ibiza will host the latest installment of FUSE x Brunch Electronik Ibiza, a day-and-night experience that starts at 4:00 PM and runs until 4:00 AM, where you can dance nonstop to some of the most respected names in the house and minimal scene.
The Garden stage will feature Enzo Siragusa b2b Dr Banana b2b Saoirse, along with Across Boundaries and Elina. On the Teatro stage, Ben UFO, Sonja Moonear, and Laidlaw b2b Enzo Siragusa. The Forest stage rounds out the lineup with JHOBEI and a four-hour set from PACH. Get your ticket here.
