Vestige Collection is expanding its portfolio in the Balearic Islands with the opening of Binidufà in Menorca

The transaction reinforces the company’s strategy of positioning itself in the “ultra-premium” luxury segment through the restoration of private estates.

Vestige Collection, the operator specializing in the restoration of historic luxury properties, has announced the opening of Vestige Binidufà, its new property in northern Menorca. With this opening, the company is consolidating a dual-operation model by integrating the new property with its sister hotel, Son Ermità, creating an 800-hectare complex of significant ecological and heritage value.

The move reinforces the company’s strategy to position itself in the “ultra-premium” luxury segment through the regeneration of private estates.

Binidufà is presented as a low-density destination committed to sustainability and landscape integration, offering guests shared access to the services and dining experiences of both properties, as well as a direct connection to three pristine coves on the north coast via the Camí de Cavalls.

On the business front, Vestige Collection is enhancing its dining offerings with two distinct concepts: Mesura, at Binidufà, focused on plant-based ingredients and the farm-to-table trend, and Brisa, at Son Ermità, featuring a menu with historical influences.

The company, which operates with rates starting at 650 euros per night, aims to capture the growing international demand for exclusive, nature-focused tourism that seeks to escape crowded urban centers.

This initiative underscores the firm’s commitment to architectural preservation and the revitalization of rural assets—a model that combines high-end hospitality with environmental protection.

With the opening of Binidufà, Vestige Collection completes its operational plan for the 2026 season in Menorca, consolidating an accommodation offering based on contemporary design and strict respect for the cultural and environmental identity of the Balearic Islands.
