Nivia Ibiza Boutique Hotel arrives in Santa Eulària (Ibiza) with great enthusiasm, confident that its opening will introduce a unique culinary identity through its dining concept. To this end, the project features Hämbre, a name that is already well-established in Ibiza’s culinary scene and brings a vision rooted in contemporary cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and a dining experience that engages all the senses.

More than just a partnership, Hämbre’s presence defines the character of the entire experience within the hotel. Its concept is characterized by contemporary cuisine that prioritizes ingredients and a flexible service style, moving away from traditional or overly formal approaches. It is not a concept designed solely for quick or functional dining, but rather one that introduces an important social element, inviting guests to linger, share, and extend their time in the space. This transforms the hotel, beyond just a place to stay, into a meeting place for guests, residents, and visitors to Santa Eulària alike.

Nivia and Hämbre share the same culinary philosophy: working with local and organic ingredients within a contemporary kitchen, without resorting to excessive rhetoric but with a clear vision. The menu is versatile, with ingredients taking center stage in every dish, carefully prepared and designed for different times of the day. From more relaxed dinners to a livelier atmosphere on the rooftop, dining is conceived as another aspect of the hotel experience, not just a stop along the way.

As for the hotel, the Nivia Ibiza Boutique Hotel will open its doors on June 24 in Santa Eulària as a small-scale boutique hotel with 31 rooms. The project is being developed by Garden Hotel Group in collaboration with AAABarcelona and will operate under the Nivia Hotel Collection brand. It is aimed at guests seeking a high-end experience in a more tranquil and intimate setting, in line with the evolution of this part of the island, which in recent years has established a more relaxed and distinctive identity compared to other areas of Ibiza.

The operation is structured through a management contract, in line with Garden Hotel Group’s “asset-light” strategy, which focuses on managing third-party properties. This model enables the group to expand into strategic destinations such as Ibiza through operational management, repositioning, and optimization of the properties, incorporating unique concepts where cuisine—in this case, provided by Hämbre—plays a key role in shaping the project.
