The FERGUS Group has added the Hotel Eolo, located in Puerto Pollença (Mallorca), to its portfolio, bringing the number of properties under its tent Hotels brand in Spain to ten. The acquisition strengthens the group’s presence on the island, where it now operates 21 hotels, out of a total of 37 properties nationwide.
The hotel, located on the seafront next to the Puerto Pollença Yacht Club, has 50 rooms. During the 2026 season, it will operate under the “Affiliated by FERGUS” brand, while its full integration into the tent Hotels brand is scheduled for 2027, following a rebranding process.
The company, which specializes in the redevelopment of hotel properties, is thus continuing its growth strategy in established destinations, particularly in the Balearic Islands. In this case, the addition of this property takes place in one of the most iconic tourist destinations in northern Mallorca.
tent Hotels, one of the group’s operating brands, caters to travelers who prioritize flexibility during their stay. Its features include extended dining hours beyond traditional hours, as well as digital services related to managing the stay.
With this transaction, FERGUS Group is consolidating its expansion in the vacation segment and strengthening its position in the domestic market, with a particular focus on optimizing and adapting existing properties to meet new tourism demands.
