The Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest (AMFF) has wrapped up its online edition on Filmin with more than 1.5 million views, a 5 percent increase from 2025. The organization noted that this increase rounds out the results of the 16th edition, whose in-person event also broke records, drawing more than 53,000 attendees in Mallorca.
The most-watched films in this online edition were “Kokuho: The Master of Kabuki,” followed by “H for Hawk,” “Truly Naked,” “Siri Hustvedt: The Dance of the Self,” and “The Mitre of Ulysses.” In the official RAW section, “H for Falcon” topped the viewership list, followed by “A Family Kidnapping,” “Yes!,” “Tell Everyone,” and “Six Days in Spring.”
For its part, “Siri Hustvedt, the Dance of the Self” ranks as the film most highly rated by the audience. Rounding out the top five are “Agatha’s Garden,” “The Gaze of Ulysses,” “Kokuho: The Master of Kabuki,” and “Atlas of Disappearance.” Critical acclaim went to “Yes!”, the political satire by Israeli filmmaker Nadav Lapid, winner of the Acced Jury Critics’ Award at the online edition of the AMFF.
A Record-Breaking In-Person Event
The conclusion of the Filmin program brings to a close a record-breaking in-person edition of the festival. It wrapped up in Mallorca on August 2 and was the most well-attended in its history, drawing 53,500 attendees to its screenings, conferences, and concerts.
The events took place at venues in Palma such as Ses Voltes, La Misericòrdia, Es Baluard Museu, Sala Rívoli, CineCiuta, and the Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá. The festival also set a record with more than 500 accredited attendees and featured, across its in-person and online programs, 160 titles from 22 countries.
With these results, the AMFF has already begun preparations for its 17th edition, which will take place in Mallorca from July 24 to August 1, 2027, and from July 24 to August 24 online via the Filmin platform.
