Belén Martí Junco's photo album that will convince you that you need a sailboat

Belén Martí Junco, founder and CEO of CharHadas Creativa—the communications agency that has revolutionized the industry for brands such as Estée Lauder, Sisley, and Porcelanosa—has recently traded the frenetic pace of the office for the rhythm of the waves off the coast of Cádiz.

And she has done so aboard an impressive monohull sailboat (possibly a Grand Soleil 37, although this has not been confirmed) on which the businesswoman and her family are sailing around the Bay of Cádiz.

Diving into the latest posts on Belén Martí Junco’s Instagram account is like reliving those endless summers of childhood: water sports (like paddleboarding, whose boards can be glimpsed in the photos), birdwatching, and, ultimately, pictures with friends and family that capture priceless moments… In short, diving into these images is like deciding to set sail on a sailboat just like this. As our protagonist says in the caption to these photos, it’s “pure bliss.”

From the agencies to the deep blue

With a law degree from San Pablo CEU University, Belén Martí Junco began her career in marketing at major multinational companies such as L’Oréal, where she managed the mass-market lines of L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline. She also worked at advertising agencies such as TBWA, where she managed accounts for McDonald’s and the Ministry of Defense. But her true adventure began in 2008, when she founded CharHadas, a social network for women that eventually evolved into the creative agency she leads today.

Those who work with her highlight her communication skills and her ability to build successful relationships with brands without them losing their essence. It’s no surprise that, under her leadership, CharHadas has grown to become a leader in terms of growth, clients, and challenges overcome.
