The German luxury firm BRABUS has been modifying, refining, and customizing high-end cars for discerning owners since 1977. And anyone who has visited the automotive section of the Monaco Yacht Show has seen how BRABUS cars combine luxury, performance, and individuality in a very special way. That’s why I wasn’t surprised that the new BRABUS AB110 yacht made its world debut at the Monaco Yacht Show recently. In fact, it makes perfect sense to see how the German company combines its signature approach to design, individuality, and attention to detail with the high-performance yachts from AB Yachts.

“Monaco is a place where you can feel the pulse of the yachting world like nowhere else, and that has always made it a very special setting for us,” explained Constantin Buschmann, CEO and owner of BRABUS. “This year, however, we’re doing something we’ve never done before: with the world premiere of the BRABUS AB110, we’re unveiling the first yacht in BRABUS history. Together with AB Yachts, we’re taking our marine portfolio to a whole new level, combining their engineering expertise with our signature focus on performance and meticulous design to create something that remains unmistakably BRABUS.” Buschmann added, “I am incredibly proud of the work done by both teams, and we are already looking forward to returning to Monaco in 2027 to celebrate our 50th anniversary.”

Giorgio Mattei, vice president of Next Yacht Group, stated: “This collaboration is much more than just bringing two brands together. It’s about combining two very strong identities and two shared obsessions: performance and the pursuit of excellence. AB Yachts has always challenged conventional ideas about what a high-performance yacht can be, and working with BRABUS has allowed us to interpret that DNA from a new and distinctive perspective.” Mattei continued: “The BRABUS AB range is the result of a genuine exchange between our teams, bringing together our engineering expertise and experience on the water with BRABUS’s unmistakable focus on design, detail, and individuality. What we are presenting in Monaco is not simply a yacht, but the beginning of a range and a collaboration that we believe has enormous potential for the future.”

Power is provided by up to three MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, each producing 1,939 kW / 2,600 hp (2,636 CV). The combined power output of 5,817 kW / 7,800 hp (7,908 CV) enables the BRABUS AB110 to reach a top speed of 48 knots. A state-of-the-art waterjet propulsion system translates that power into a direct and dynamic driving experience, while advanced stabilization technology enhances onboard comfort, both while underway and at anchor.
Inside, the main deck features a distinctive BRABUS ambiance, combining generous proportions with materials, finishes, and design details inspired by the brand’s supercars. At the center of the interior is a spacious social area with two large sofas. Right next to it, a dining area with a large table that seats up to eight people creates a central space for dining and enjoying time on board.

The helm station has been designed to create a direct connection between the driver and the yacht. The navigation, vessel management, and infotainment systems are integrated into a centralized, intuitive operating environment. Notable BRABUS-specific details include a custom BRABUS steering wheel and a BRABUS driver’s seat upholstered in Masterpiece leather and finished with the brand’s signature “Triangle” quilting. A centrally positioned BRABUS Masterpiece emblem adds another touch of the brand’s signature style.

The lower deck combines private guest accommodations with the technical and operational areas necessary for extended periods at sea. The owner’s cabin offers a spacious private retreat and features an adjoining master bathroom and a separate dressing area. Two additional guest cabins, each with its own bathroom, are complemented by a separate VIP cabin with an additional private bathroom. The four custom-built cabins provide high-end accommodations for up to ten guests.

At the stern, the built-in garage adds another layer of versatility to the BRABUS AB110. Designed to accommodate a wide range of water sports equipment, the space can hold a jet-powered dinghy and a full-size, three-seater jet ski. Other items, such as paddleboards, snorkeling gear, life jackets, and towable floats, can be stored in secondary compartments and under hatches. An integrated winch and roller system facilitate the handling of larger equipment and allow the crew to guide the tender and jet ski directly into the water for launching. Once all the desired equipment has been deployed, the entire aft deck transforms into a spacious beach and lounge area at sea level, right at the water’s edge.
Vroom, vroom.
