As the end of August approaches, the 'Nits a Bellver' program is entering the final stretch of its third edition, which has recorded 'extraordinary' attendance figures, exceeding 75 percent of the capacity of the Castle of Bellver's Courtyard.
According to a statement from the Palma City Council, tickets for all concerts held throughout the month of July have completely sold out.
When it concludes, 'Nits a Bellver' will have hosted a wide variety of musical, artistic, and cultural events, and has served as the venue for series such as the Palma Jazz Festival, Cançons de la Mediterrània, the Mallorca Live Festival, and Sonsdenit.
In the coming weeks, the Mahler Festival will take center stage, concluding this year's program on Saturday, August 29, at 9:00 PM. It will be an opportunity to explore the creative world of the composer, born in the Czech Republic in 1860, performed by the Mallorca Chamber Orchestra.
It will offer the public a sublime program that will include the Adagio from Symphony No. 10, which Mahler composed during the last months of his life, and Symphony No. 1, in which the "youth and vitality" that characterized the artist's life at that time are evident.

Before the closing event, 'Nits a Bellver' will host a performance by the Marcel Cranc Ensemble and the UIB Women's Choir on Tuesday, August 18 (9:00 PM). Marcel Cranc is the stage name of Mallorcan composer Miquel Vicens, an artist with an eclectic approach capable of performing a wide range of musical styles, such as folk, electronic, contemporary, and rock music.
Two days later, on Thursday, August 20, also at 9:00 PM, the members of Combo Batanga will take the stage in the Courtyard as part of the Jazz Palma Festival program, which will include another event on Thursday, August 27, with a performance by trumpeter Maria Antònia Gili.
The next day, it will be the turn of the members of Academia 1830, who will perform a classical repertoire that includes Brahms's Violin Concerto and Beethoven's Symphony No. 7.
