Ibiza is expanding its fine dining scene: Dani García is coming to the island with Leña and Lobito de Mar

:eña and Lobito de Mar, from the Dani García group, are coming to Ibiza
The Dani García Group is coming to Ibiza this summer with its restaurant brands Leña and Lobito de Mar, which will be part of The Site Ibiza, the Palladium Hotel Group’s culinary hub.Specifically, Leña, the steakhouse with locations in Marbella, Madrid, Dubai, Barcelona, and Bodrum, will open its doors on June 5 and will be located at Bless Ibiza The Site, while Lobito de Mar, which also has locations in Madrid and Marbella, will open on June 15 at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, according to the group.

Thus, both restaurants are part of the gastronomic hub at The Site Ibiza, the Palladium Hotel Group project that encompasses luxury hospitality, gastronomy featuring internationally renowned chef brands, and retail.

Dabiz Muñoz will also be joining this space this summer with StreetXO, while the exploratory world of COYA is also arriving. These join chef Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen—located at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel and the chain’s first location in all of Europe—as well as the already established Sublimotion and Tatel Ibiza.

In this way, Leña brings its world of fire and charcoal to Ibiza, a cuisine where ingredients are prepared with intensity and precision. A versatile concept that fits just as well with a relaxed lunch as it does with the island’s most vibrant nightlife.

Just a few meters away, Lobito de Mar offers a menu that ranges from rice dishes and fried foods to seafood and dishes to share, embodying the elevated beach bar spirit that defines its identity.

With this opening, the Dani García Group strengthens its presence in the Balearic Islands and consolidates its expansion strategy in destinations where gastronomy is an essential part of the lifestyle.

Currently, the group serves more than one million customers worldwide through its brands and locations across 25 restaurants spread across six countries, including the United States and several in the Middle East. Over the next 12 months, the group plans to open a dozen restaurants in Miami, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Valencia, Mallorca, and Marbella.

It currently operates the brands Leña (Marbella, Madrid, Dubai, Barcelona, Bodrum, and Ibiza), BiBo (Madrid, Budapest, Tarifa), Lobito de Mar (Marbella, Madrid, and Ibiza), Dani Brasserie (Four Seasons Hotel Madrid), Casa Dani (Los Angeles), Alelí (Budapest), La Cabane (Marbella), Tragabuches (Marbella and Madrid), Motel Particulier (Marbella), and Alegal (Valencia).
